Since 1956 Clark Seals has designed and manufactured all types of seals. We pioneered the development of the first vacuum molding machines and seals for the first oil field rotary drilling rig.

Clark Seals has produced, approximately 30,000,000 seals per year in five separate Taiwan seals factories. Our factory in Tulsa, USA produces seal up to one meter in diameter.

Our seals have been selected and used in all types of equipment ranging from house hold appliances to outer space mechanisms.

Person must have a degree in Accounting and excellent English skills

Our Great Plains Dynamics accounting software by Microsoft will update automatically all custom and standard reports. Reports include all the standard financial, purchasing and sales statements to gauge the company’s success and progress.

The job description will include:

1.) Accounts Payable
2.) Review all invoices for accuracy
3.) Accounts receivable for returns and allowances
4.) Payroll including all tax reports
5.) Monitor and confirm all expenses
6.) Payment of expenses
7.) Confirmation of all wire transfers and Letters of Credit
8.) All banking responsibilities
9.) All petty Cash
10.) Profit and loss statement
11.) Cash flow statement
12.) Balance statement
13.) Inventory control
14.) Purchasing reports
15.) CSN weekly reports
16.) Reconcile Cash Accounts
17.) Reconcile Accounts Receivables
18.) Reconcile Accounts Payable
19.) Reconcile material receipts
20.) Check all entries in general ledger journal for accuracy & correct account
21.) Review all posting journals from AR and AP
22.) Review BOMs Cost for accuracy
23.) Control Cash Flow
24.) Enter budget in system after approval
25.) Monitor Accounting Procedures for accuracy
26.) Oversee aged receivable

（1） 财会专业，本科学历，英语六级或者以上，口语优秀；
（2） 女；
（3） 熟悉国内与国际的相关财务制度；
（4） 较强的时间观念和沟通协调能力；
（5） 有外企工作经验者优先；
（6） 有注册会计证者优先。
