Position Description
Design Support & Layout Design Engineer

Overview: 
RICOH is looking for the IC design engineer.
RICOH has the strong products of Power Management ICs, PC Interface, Real Time Clock, Image Processing LSI, and communication LSI.
Especially CMOS Low Drop Out Regulator and PC Interface LSI have the No1 market share in the all of world. We can provide you a lot of chance to touch the world-class technique around PMIC and also lead your technical skill and experience to the world-class ones.
 
Job Description:
Our mission is providing unique silicon solutions tailored for market needs.
Detailed job we require is Layout design of ICs ,Device evaluation of ICs and support circuit design.
 
Working Location
Shanghai ( Zhangjiang High Technology Park near by Zhangjianggaoke underground train station. Just for 3 minitus walk from station. )
Osaka Japan ( for training depended on the situation.)
 
Educational background Requirement:
BS degree in electronic engineering or equivalent.
 
Skill Requirement:
·           Strong organization, communication, and documentation skills.
·           Possess perseverance and strong study ability.
·           Possess artistic sense and creativity.
·           Good communication and teamwork skill.
·           Basic knowledge of electronic knowledge.
·           English language skill is necessary. CET6 is preferred. CET4 is needed. ( equivalent with TOEIC over 550 )
·           日本語skill is preferred more.
 
 
Starting Pay( ’09-’10 record ):
 
52500 RMB/Year
 ( Total 14 months paying including 2 times bonus at  first year )
 
*If you have experience to do Layout design over 1 year, it’s not only this condition.
