工作任务与职责
- 接收客户来电垂询,通过电话向客户提供机票预订及销售服务。
- 通过电话向客户提供咨询服务,包括汉莎航空公司及其合作伙伴经营的各类的航空运输产品及服务。
- 服务对象包括直客,代理商,协议公司客户,常旅客计划会员。
- 服务方式涵盖传真、电子邮件或互联网。
- 在业务上向同事提供帮助或指导.
任职资格与要求
- 大专或本科学历,欢迎2011届应届毕业生。
- 年龄:20-38岁
- 英语、普通话,和粤语流利
- 能适应轮班工作制
- 能适应有压力的工作环境
- 乐于并善于与人沟通,喜欢在团队中工作
- 能适应快速变化的知识环境并迅速完成自我更新
- 具有基本的计算机操作能力
- 具备销售和服务意识,出色的沟通和团队协作能力
- 好学上进,能迅速融入新的工作环境

General Functions and Task
- The primary objective of the Consultants' role is to provide quality telephone customer service whilst meeting the Key Performance Indicator's required during the customer service process
- Providing superior telephone customer service to our private customers, travel agencies and corporate clients regarding (but not limited to):
- General information / assistant
- Demonstrates sales initiative by converting customer service enquiries into sales
- Special service requests
- Make reservations / bookings
- Accept payments
- Flight information
- Lufthansa Miles & More Frequent Traveler Program
- Other Lufthansa related inquires
Knowledge / Experience Requirements
- Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English languages.
- Proven customer service skills (service centre experience preferred)
- Demonstrated understanding of and ability to meet Key Performance Indicators in a customer service / sales environment
- Sales skills preferred
- Good conceptual reasoning / ability to learn
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Self motivated and self-driven
