Responsibilities:
1. Make benchmark study on new mould concerned technologies and confirm their industrial feasibility through test during the OTM process;
2. Participate in the best choice of product architecture by assessing each mould concerned part the feasibility & simplicity , taken into consideration the associated product design & manufacturing process, in "Product/Process Architecture Options";
3. Finalize the mould specifications, launch mould quotation, participate in the supplier selection for mould making & moulding from tooling point of view;
4. Ensure the mould design & fabrication are conformed to mould specification, manage supplier sample submission & confirm mould modification;
5. Confirm the feasibility, cost & lead-time for mould modification during part verification phase;
6. Confirm all tooling parameters (part weight, sprue/runner weight, machine tonnage, cycle time...) for part cost negotiation reference for purchasing engineer.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree in Engineering;
2. Good knowledge in Mould Technologies;
3. Good experience on using CAD software;
4. Good English.

Responsibilities:
1. To make benchmark study on new assembly technologies and confirm their industrial feasibility through test during the OTM process;
2. To justify the best choice of product architecture by assessing each studied operation the feasibility & simplicity of the associated manufacturing process in "Product/Process Architecture Options";
3. To propose & justify (investment vs. assembly cost) the most economical manufacturing process architecture according to the rules of SPS (Schneider Production System) & LADM (Line Architecture Design Methodology) in "DO" stage gate;
4. To design manufacturing line architecture, complete the technical specification of assembly means & launch the assembly means according to industrialization budget & schedule;
5. To qualify the manufacturing process and transfer the industrial file to plants.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree in Engineering;
2. Good knowledge in Manufacturing Processes (Assembly & Machining Technologies with Quality concept & approach);
3. Background in Electrical Distribution, Automation & Control Products;
4. Good English.

Title: Industrialization Quality Engineer

Responsibilities:
1. Work closely with China R&D Center to define components, subassembly and products quality level during design;
2. Organize Process FMEA, Industrial FMEA and follow up the actions;
3. Follow Schneider industrial strategy and process to generate industrial quality specification and control plan for parts, component & subassembly (C/SA), Process, and Products;
4. Lead PPEP for supplier manufacturing process capability evaluation, communicate with suppliers on quality requirements, provide proper training if necessary to make sure the suppliers are able to deliver consistent quality parts to Schneider;
5. Promote Quality industrialization tools to support industrialization team.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree in Engineering;
2. Good command of quality tools;
3. Good English.
