IT Support Technician- Asia Customer Contact Centre

MISSION:
" Provide 1st level support for users on application, network and platform via the phone and remote desktop;
" Listen to the users and record their requirements on IT system
" Clarify the incidents and provide prompt support on infrastructure, ERP and retailing, logistic IT platforms.
" Escalate collaboratively with other IT teams
" Keep good relationship with internal users
" Generate monthly report to manager for analysis and performance review
PROFILE:
" Chinese Nationality with good command of spoken/written English;
" 1-2 year working experience in IT support role (Workstation, Networking, Server, ERP system ,etc; Outstanding fresh graduates could be considered
" Good sense of service, responsibility and team spirits;
" "Can-do" attitude and quick learning skills
" Good communications skills (collective and individual)
" Be willing to relocate to other areas if necessary, Shanghai or France
" Sportive
" Background in information technology is a plus.

o作为第一层技术支持，远程解决用户在应用程序、网络和IT系统平台方面的技术故障和问题
o记录用户在使用IT系统方面的意见和需求
o及时为亚太用户解决软件、硬件中出现的计算机故障并处理新的请求，支持对象包括基础平台，生产、零售、物流和仓储部门。
o同其他IT组合作，完成技术支持的升级和重大事件报告
o同用户保持紧密关系
o定期为经理提供支持报告以及绩效分析

o熟悉网络、服务器及各类应用系统相关知识，并有基本的问题判断及解决能力
