Position 1 : Assistant Counselor
Qualifications and Requirements:
An Assistant Counselor must satisfy at least three of the following requirements:
1、Teaching certificate.
2、Early Childhood Education Degree.
3、ECE Experience (2 years).
4、PETS II (Publish English Test II) or equivalent
Position 2: Lead Chinese Counselor
Key Requirements:
1、BA or BS in early childhood education or higher
2、Five year plus work experiences in education field
3、Management experience and demonstrated ability
4、Fluent spoken and written English
Other skills:
1、Computer Literacy
2、Strong leadership skills
Position 3： Full-time Director Assistant
Qualifications and Requirements:
A California Kids Club Director Assistant must satisfy at least six of the following requirements:
1、Minimum educational background: Associate degree. Preferably in Business Administration.
2、Fluent English speaker Level 4-6.
3、Computer skills including Microsoft Office and alike.
4、Experience in HR, marketing, and/or customer service.
5、Enthusiastic, ready to adapt to a new culture and ready to be trained.
6、Multitasking. Completing projects on time and with quality.
7、Willing to commit to a 2 year commitment.
