Sales Trainee
销售培训生

This position offers 10 weeks graduation internship in rose plastic Kunshan. After graduation and passing the evaluation, Students will get a 3-years employment contract with 6-months probation.
In the first half year, students do Assistant or CSR job to offer support to Sales.
Then, after training and evaluation, students will have a chance to go back to Guangzhou to work in the sales office of rose plastic.

Native Guangzhou person or students who would like to settle down in Guangzhou are preferred.
Expected on-board date: 1st April 2011

- Belongs to Sales Dept.
- Reports to Customer Service Manager and Sales Manager

Principal Accountabilities
• Customer profile and system data maintenance
• Handle calls/fax/emails from customers and relevant inquiries 
• Implement international trade regulations during business transaction
• Offer production knowledge supporting to improve customer satisfaction
• Other related tasks

Requirements:
• University student/graduate; Major: economic or related majors
• Language skills: fluent English/Chinese skills; German is a plus
• IT-Know how: good in using Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word.)
• Team player with motivated positive attitude
• Communication skills in international multilingual environment

Sales Trainee

该职位提供10周左右的毕业实习。实习通过考核后，学生将与玫瑰塑胶昆山有限公司签订3年合同，含6个月试用期。
在前半年，在昆山总部担任销售部助理或客服代表工作，为销售提供支持。
之后，经过培训及考核后，将有机会回公司的广州销售代表处任职。
广州销售代表处地址：广州市萝岗区科学大道121号科城大厦二楼

广州本地人或者有志于在广州安家落户的人优先。
期望到职日期： 2011年4月1日

-隶属于销售部门。
-向客服经理及销售经理汇报。

主要工作职责
• 整理客户数据和系统维护
• 处理客户需求，如电话，传真，邮件等
• 在商务往来中遵守国际贸易规则
• 为客户提供产品技术支持以确保客户满意
• 其他相关工作

要求
• 大学本科毕业生，专业不限，经济类相关专业优先
• 语言水平：流利英语口语，会德语者或日语者优先
• 计算机水平：熟练使用Office办公软件
• 积极主动，具备团队精神
• 在国际化环境中良好的沟通技巧
• 已有或准备获得C驾照
