MBA Career Development Program (CDP) Overview
The MBA Career Development Program is designed for upcoming MBA graduates who are interested in opportunities in financial and commercial areas. Our goal is to produce the future leaders of the company by giving participants the opportunity to enhance their professional and technical skills, clarify their career interests, and develop their leadership potential.
As an MBA CDP, participant will have real work experiences with high visibility. They will be given a broad MBA Career Development Program (CDP) Overview

They will be given a broad perspective of our businesses and products and will be encouraged to take the lead in planning and developing your career. A senior manager or executive will be their mentor to assist them in guiding their career.

Position I.: Finance CDP (MBA Career Development Program)
Location: Shanghai Zhangjiang High-Tech Park 上海市张江高科技园区
JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Perform financial analyses of investment and business opportunities and to support the business team in development of commercial proposals.
2. Prepare financial analysis in support of investment authorization requests for management review and approval and coordinate input/review with tax and treasury.
3. Propose Air Products' position on financial issues during negotiations throughout the project development phase.
4. Involve in preparing annual budgets, forecasts, business area reviews, capital forecasting, and strategic plans and often called upon to provide a coordinating role in these activities, as well as ongoing business reporting.
5. May perform analysis on other financial issues such as dividend policy, ownership structure, currency-related transactions and issues and tax matters
QUALIFICATIONS
1. University degree in Business/Economics/Engineering, a good MBA is an asset
2. Minimum 3 years progressive industry experience in financial analysis, experience in project analysis in a multinational is preferred
3. Strong conceptual and analytical skills and ability to think strategically about business opportunities and investments. Must have strong commercial sense.
4. Excellent initiative, ability to work independently with limited supervision and flexibility to adapt quickly in a matrix organization
5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese
