职位描述：
Key Accountabilities:
Ÿ Conduct feasibility studies relating to development and redevelopment opportunities;
Ÿ Undertake viability studies, property market surveys and investment analysis;
Ÿ Assist with investment consultancy projects working and coordinating with colleagues in Shanghai;
Ÿ Consolidate and compile research findings;
Ÿ Assist senior management in data assembly, preparation of presentation materials and other ad hoc assignments.
Ÿ Perform any other duties by direct supervisor.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Ÿ Undergraduate degree holder or above from a recognized international university, preferably in real estate, mathematics or business;
Ÿ At least 2 years experience in property industry, either with a property investor or developer in an advisory role;
Ÿ Excellent command of written and spoken English and Mandarin;
Ÿ Independent, driven and detail oriented with strong analytical and report writing skills;
Ÿ Candidates with prior experience in equity research, fund management, or investment consulting focusing on the property sector highly desirable.
