Qualifications:
1. Masters Degree in Engineering discipline or BS in mechanics discipline with proficiency on Ansys.
2. Strong background in applied mechanical engineering, life prediction and statistical analysis
3. PC proficiency required and familiarity with UNIX OS, Proficiency in ANSYS is strongly preferred
4. Familiarity with CATIA design package is a plus
5. Sound English communication skills in both oral and writing
Skills:
1. Knowledge of stress, thermal and vibratory analysis for turbocharger or turbomachine components
2. Knowledgeable in experimental techniques and sensors for thermal, strain, dynamic measurements preferred
3. Knowledge of diesel and gasoline engine systems including air management systems is preferred
Ability to work with people with diverse culture
4. Good interpersonal skills and team player
5. Self motivated to continuously improve performance level and efficiency
