1)       Sales Rep.

 

Job Responsibilities:

l         Achieve Sales Targets by initiatively build relationship with potential customers and provide selling tools effectively

l         Attract target customers to MacKay Career Clinic by designing, implementing and monitoring campus events based on Marketing Plan through building Long-term Partnership Relationships with target universities and schools

l         Provide products introduction in MacKay Clinic, and follow up potential customers to enroll High Quality Candidates

l         Explore new Sales Channels in target universities

l         Develop Sales Promotion Plan to deliver good Sales Results

 

Job Requirements:

l         Bachelor degree

l         Full energy for education

l         Willing to help others

l         Willing to take big challenge to deliver good Sales Results

l         Good communication and listening skill

l         Problem solving skill

l         Team-working

 

2)       Marketing Analyst

 

Job Responsibilities:

l         Work with Sales Team to update Talent Supply Chain positions and potential customers every week to make order close on time

l         Develop STP Strategy and 4P implementation, drive the whole business based on Talent Supply Chain Orders

l         Analyze Potential Customers’ needs, e.g. why MacKay, why not MacKay, etc. and provide data base to develop Marketing STP Strategies, Product Improvement, Promotion Plan, Price Setting, Company Development

l         Analyze target companies’ potential needs by implement Talent Supply Chain Program, and develop company-oriented Marketing Plan

 

Job Requirements:

l         Bachelor degree, Marketing relevant preferred

l         Marketing experience preferred

l         Full energy for education

l         Willing to help others

l         Willing to take big responsibility

l         Good communication and listening skill

l         Problem solving skill

l         Leadership
