Key Roles and Responsibilities

	Involve in early development of vehicle programs, product strategy development and the associated studies Get input, put data into cycle plan, and analyze data for management. Support PD activities, working closely with cross functional People Work with each market to identify regional product synergies, alignment of country-specific products with local and regional brand needs. Support for input to corporate platform, vehicle and technology strategies to meet AP&A needs. Work with Ford JV (CFMA) Program team to coordinate engineering, purchasing, manufacturing, finance and launch teams

Qualification Requirement
	Excellent oral and written skills in both English and Chinese Good computer Skills (Microsoft suite - Excel/Word/PowerPoint/Access) complete data modeling using formulas and, if necessary, macros Strong interest and good knowledge of automotive industry and product planning Self-motivated, creative and quick learner. Ability to handle multiple assignments in the meantime. Flexibility to work on different cross-functional assignments Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills Systematic thinking capability; general business acumen Ability to perform and deliver detailed, robust and reliable analytical work Excellent interpersonal and project management skills Excellent Communication/presentation skills
