杭州招聘职位Global Services Operations in Hangzhou Office

Position of Fund Administrator:

Ø       To act on instruction from investment manager.

    执行投资经理的指示

Ø       Reconcile, monitor and investigate all portfolio (i.e. the fund) activity. This includes cash and FX activity, overdrafts, trades, stock and derivative positions, corporate actions and income due to the fund.

   协调、监督和审查所有投资组合（即基金）活动。

   包括现金和外汇活动、透支、交易、股票和衍生品、股息派发以及基金收入

Ø       Ensure all portfolio activity has been correctly accounted for in the fund’s general ledger. Strike an Net Asset Valuation or unit price as per client requirement

   确保所有投资组合活动在基金总账下的会计科目准确无误

Ø       Provide answers to customer and/or investment manager queries on portfolio valuation, using the home site customer team as intermediary.

解答客户及/或投资经理的有关投资组织估价的问题，如有需要可通过 home site team 解决

Position of Reconciliation Administrator(Overnight Shift4:00pm-1:00am):

Ø       Support State Street’s clients and/or fund administration teams by providing core reconciliation services.

    通过提供核心对帐服务为公司的客户及/或基金管理部提供支持。

Ø       Reconcile, monitor and investigate cash and securities reconciliation exceptions between State Street and external parties (e.g. investment manager, sub-custodians)

Ø       Respond to client and/or fund administration queries, if necessary using the COE Oversight team as an intermediary.

Requirements:

• University or college designation with concentration in Business/Finance/Economics/Accounting preferred.
• Candidates in other majors with strong passion to build their career in Finance field are also welcome.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills in English is essential
• Computer literacy in Excel and Word required
• Basic Accounting knowledge is preferred but not a must
• Number sensitive and detail oriented
• Team player with strong interpersonal skill
• Ability to work in a fast pace environment
• Flexible, ready to work on public holidays
