Position Title: Statistician
Location: Shanghai/Beijing Role Level: 004 Role Function: Statistics
Role Purpose:
Under guidance, provides support in statistical programming and applying basic statistical methodologies to assigned research projects.
Principal Accountabilities:
? Under supervision, provides statistical programming and methodology support in the delivery of standard and custom studies.
? Conducts statistical programming, applies statistical design and methodology to meet client information needs, conducts statistical analyses to derive conclusions from the study, and delivers regular summary report.
? Works as part of a team in preparing analysis plans and statistical reports and performs validation of statistical analysis.
? Works on projects of limited scope within defined procedures and practices.
Requirements:
? Bachelor/Master's degree or equivalently, Bachelor's degree with up to two (2) years of experience in Statistics, Mathematics, or related quantitative science field in operations research, market research, or applied statistics.
? Fundamental Statistical knowledge includes regression, hypothesis testing, sampling methods, and multivariate statistics is required.
? Solid logical thinking, skills in a structured programming language, and applied experience in SAS and/or other statistical programming is preferred.
? CET Level 6 English.

Ability to perform basic analysis and information gathering to resolve problems on non-routine matters.
