招聘岗位:Marketing Communication 市场部实习生(intern)
Duties and Responsibilities 岗位职责:
To prepare brand promotion plan, and to follow up together with other dept. 制定品牌推广计划,并协同实施
To prepare company image advertisements , 规划组织公司形象广告
Initiate marketing promotion program to support sales team according to the company business strategy 根据公司的市场战略制订市场推广计划,配合支持销售活动;
Control marketing promotion cost, analyze performance of activities for improvements 控制市场推广的成本,分析总结市场推广活动的效果并提出改进意见;
Prepare, update and distribute promotion documentation, sales manual , company & product brochures 制作宣传资料,销售手册等标准文件和公司以及产品样本的制作,更新和发放;
Organize and coordinate Exhibitions, technical symposiums 展览会、技术交流会的准备、组织、协调和参加;
Ads. on media and collect information from media 广告宣传与媒体联系,媒体信息收集;
Coordinate and distribute company gifts, calenders, notebooks 协调市场部礼品等宣传品的制作和发放;
Compile, publish and distribute company magazines --- PMS Newsletter to sales and customers 编制印刷并发放公司期刊给客户和销售人员;
Assist marketing Dept. Manager for daily operation 协助市场部经理协调部门日常工作。
Qualification 岗位要求:
Major in advertising and design is preferred 本科学历广告或艺术绘画设计,工业设计专业大三或研一学生为佳;
Intern experience with magazine management 杂志(可以是公司或其它内部杂志)实习经验2年以上;
Natural self starter; self-motivated, resourceful, 能自觉且有创造力的工作;
Excellent skill in MS-office software 熟练运用微软办公软件系列;
Experience with event management is preferred 有组织大型活动经验优先;
Experience with Adobe Photoshop / illustrator or Coraldraw is a plus. 有Photoshop / Coraldraw / illustrator 等图文编辑软件的经验者优先。
