公司成立于2002年11月，注册地位于南京市高新技术开发区。
公司的主要产品为己内酰胺，是生产尼龙6的基本原料，广泛应用于纤维和塑料等聚合材料制造领域。2005年，公司通过运用帝斯曼最新的HPOplus技术进行改扩建使己内酰胺产能由6万吨/年增长到14万吨/年，之后几年通过持续的技术改造和升级，目前单条生产线产能已达到20万吨/年。今年帝斯曼公布了新的战略计划,

Description

Schedule and monitor equipment maintenance within assigned area to assure
minimum down time and facilitate attaining production quotas at minimum costs.

Confirm adherence to pollution control and abatement specifications to ensure
National environmental regulations compliance and a safe and healthful work
environment.

Supply input for operator instructions to insure the efficient and safe
operation of the unit(s).

Assist Production Supervisor in communicating the unit's operating goals and
objectives to shift personnel.
