- Serve as single point of contact for DWR (Design Work Request) planning in Shanghai design team
- Maintain Design Work Dashboard / Schedule, participate schedule review and provide feedback
- Responsible for work progress communication with requestor in engineering team
- Resolve PDM issue for design engineer and provide PDM training to new design engineer
- Take over GDA (Global Design Administrator) for DWR Step 2
- Send DWR notification email and create report in each step
- Support VBA programming to improve schedule and metrics
