Job Responsibilities:
§ Act as a key component of the selling process, you will work closely with customers and sales professionals to understand complex technical measurement problems, formulate test solutions and communicate these solutions to customers in compelling way.
§ Be expected to support Oscilloscope, AWG and associated applications software solution.
§ Responsible for providing effective and efficient on-site pre- and post-sales support to meet the challenges of an up-to-date product and competitive environment.
§ Mastering new products and related test applications and technologies as they emerge.
§ Understanding and communicating competitive advantages of above-mentioned products, create and localize product competitive analysis and application guide.
§ Write technical articles as a necessary work as a marketing team member.
§ Drive continuous improvement in promotion activities like doing seminar, on-site demonstration, launching new product.
§ Developing a product support plan that outlines how you will assist in revenue growth for the product families that you support.
Job Requirements:
§ Ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of general purpose testing methodologies including common measurements, test equipment operation and applications, plus experience interacting with customers.
§ Have deep knowledge of communication product architecture and high speed serial data design.
§ Success as design, test, or product development engineer in hardware design or test environment.
§ Strong communication and presentation skills, good spoken and written communication skills in Mandarin and English are essential.
§ Frequent travel is required.
§ Teamwork and excellent time management skills.
