Description:

1、Fully understanding of test engine, test requirements and test procedures.

2、Be fully responsible for engine test from test start to test end, including communication with requestors from local and international, technical preparation, test setup out of cell and in cell, test running, test data analysis and submitting, and test report preparation.

3、Develop and manage engine test suppliers, technically specify engine consuming parts, service parts order (local and international).

4、Engine test related software and equipment understanding and maintenance.

5、Be responsible for cell management, maintenance and test running as a cell owner;

6、Support engine team overall management tasks, including financial /budgetary, engineering, equipment and parts management, etc.

7、Take lead or join engine team internal technical projects.

Qualifications:

1. Graduated with degrees (bachelor or above) from Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or similar departments, internal combustion engine or automobile concentration is preferred.

2. At least 3 years working experience, engine or turbocharger test experience is preferred.

3. Understand engine, engine test process and related issues.

4. Understand engine test equipments and facilities, sensors, instruments and gauges.

5. Ability for mechanical design, basic electronic and electrical understanding.

6. International company work experience is a plus.

7. Leadership experience is a plus.

8. Team player & excellent communication skill.

9. Experienced in engineering lab construction and set-up is plus.

10. Willing to travel less than one quarter time.
