欧唯特服务(中国) Position 1:Customer Service Representative(Cantonese / English / Korean / Thai / Indonesian / Vietnamese / Hindi) Responsibilities 1. nswering incoming calls, faxes, postal mail and emails relating to the programs supported. 2. Provides information about the programs supported to enable customers to access the programs and the associated benefits. 3. Identifies customer requirements and ensures that they are answered or routed through to the appropriate support area. 4. Ensures that activities and tasks required are performed and or documented in XXX tools where provided. 5. Provides a high level of professional and competent customer service and is able to communicate effectively with customers. 6. Demonstrates a strong customer service orientation and takes responsibility to ensure customers are satisfied. Requirement: 1. University or college graduates; 2. English / Korean / Thai / Indonesian / Vietnamese / Hindi proficiency & comprehension; 3. Cantonese proficiency & comprehension; 4. Excellent communicative skills and team ability; 5. Reliability and flexibility; 6.
