职位描述：

第一阶段工作：
--通过各种寻访渠道与技巧，为客户寻访优秀的合适的人才；
--与人才进行有效沟通，针对客户职位要求对人才进行沟通、评估、筛选与推荐；
--与团队合作，成功完成各项人才寻访委托任务；
   
第二阶段工作：
--向目标潜在客户推荐公司的人力资源解决方案服务，进行有效的市场开拓工作，完成任务目标；
--与客户保持有效的沟通，了解客户情况，分析职位需求，为客户提供专业的建议并获得客户委托；
--完成对目标项目进行规划、人员调配、进度执行程度控制等工作，确保成功率的最大化

--关注行业及知名企业发展动向，收集高级人才信息，建立广泛的人脉关系；
--为客户提供专业的招聘解决方案；
--为人才提供专业的职业规划，协助冲破其职业瓶颈；

职位要求：

--大专或以上学历；专业不限；有意向从事人事顾问的工作；

--英文良好，能应付日常工作和普通的交流；
