招聘咨询专员Researcher（3名）

协助顾问完成客户的人才寻访委托:
在顾问的指导下大致理解客户委托需求和人才寻访
在顾问指导下搜集并整理目标公司信息
通过电话，网络以及人际关系搜集目标公司相关人才的信息
与目标人才联络与沟通并初步判断其合适度，说服目标人才提供简历
协调顾问与目标人才的面试
及时录入与更新目标公司和人才的信息
发展和维护与目标人才的良好关系

职位要求:
积极进取和吃苦耐劳精神
大学专科及以上学历
团队协作精神
良好的责任心和主动性
良好的英语基础
希望从事HR相关工作者

JD-Researcher
Assistant consultant to achieve targeted talent research:
1. Conduct daily recruitment activities to ensure adequate and qualified resources under consultant's instruction and client's need.
2. Search and collect targeted company's information according consultant's instruction.
3. Using useful channels to get the right candidate, for example, through telephone (cold call) and network and other appropriate ways.
4. Communicate with potential candidate and perform the applicants CV screening and first round interview upon posted vacancies.
5. Coordinate the interview time with consultant.
6. Dial in and update data base in time.
7. Develop and maintain various recruitment channels and relationship with candidates.

Requirements:
1. Initiative, diligent and able to working under pressure
2. Associate degree or above
3. Good teamwork spirit
4. Good English
5. Willing to work in HR field
6. Prefer female
