Key Process (Ownership/Participation):
    1.Assist in the development and maintenance of product standards, color standards and color databases using color spectrophotometer or X-rite Color matching system, or equivalent
   
    2.Document and maintain key process parameters and line conditions for all products
   
    3.Assist line operators in troubleshooting production problems
   
    4.Coordinate factory tests for the evaluation of new products and/or processes including scheduling, providing instructions to production crews and analyzing the final results.
   
    5.Conduct raw material evaluations from start to finish including interfacing with suppliers, testing the materials in the lab, evaluating materials in the factory and testing of the finished product.
   
    6.Document and maintain all critical lab process testing operating procedures.
   
    7.Understand safe use and operation of Laboratory Equipment for finished products testing as well as to create prototypes for new product visuals.
   
    8.Participate with continuous improvement teams as a technical resource to other areas of the manufacturing system capability.
