1、Maintenance Technician / 设备维修技师 （7人）

职责：

Ø 负责分管设备的日常维护，维修，确保设备正常运转，按照设备操作规程进行操作及检查，并记录运行情况。

2、Test Maintenance Technician/测试维修技师 （4人）

职责：

Ø 负责半导体电子产品测试设备运行。主要包括：工序设备的正常运行及预防性维护；设备操作规程及相关培训；新设备的安装验收等。

任职资格：

3、Process Engineer / 工艺工程师 （2人）

Responsibilities:

Ø   Analyze and solve production line process problems;

Ø   Lead technical studies to improve product quality and reliability;

Ø   Submit technical report or documents;

Ø   Responsible for the equipment/technology transfer, new equipment installation，qualification and productivity improvement.

Ø   Ensure continuous improvement projects are carried out to improve equipment performance.

4、FA Engineer/失效分析工程师

Responsibilities:
Ø  In charge of FA lab and respond to lab supervisor.
Ø  Implement failure analysis operation and preparing reports.
Ø  Customer complain(CCAR)FA responsible.
Ø  Lab equipment and material maintenance.
Ø  Support process improvement.

5、Facility Technician/厂务技师

职责：

Ø 管理所有厂务设备的正常运转及支援生产，包括设备的维护和保养。

Ø 维持厂务系统的正常运作，对厂务设备的运行状态跟踪并记录。

Ø 正确处理厂务设施在生产过程中出现的突发事件，保证生产的正常运转。

Ø 协助工程师编制及修订厂房设施的管理制度，不断完善设施管理体系来满足公司业务的需要。

6、Technical Support/IT技术支持

Responsibility:
Ø Maintain IT equipment and ensure the normal work condition(Switch, Network Cables, Phones, Printers, Fax);
Ø  Maintain IT server rooms and manage server/data backup;
Ø  Provide on-site hardware, software and network operating system troubleshooting for all IT system users;
Ø  Provide orientation to new users of computer and networking;
Ø Provide network access to all IT system users, set up Email accounts, telephone, network sharing folders as require
