DB Schenker was one of the first international forwarders to enter Mainland China in the late 1970’s and to open a Representative Office in Guangzhou in 1981. Operation Clerk 操作员/ Implant Clerk 驻厂代表/ Customer Service 客户服务代表
General Description摘要:
Be responsible for providing a knowledgeable, courteous, efficient, confident and proactive point of contact for both customers and the network to maintain good relationship with them.
Accountabilities职责:
          Contacts shippers and consequently arrange airlines booking and pick up of the goods
          Co-ordinates with Airport Staff and monitors the export operations procedures
          Co-ordinates with other off-Shanghai locations for pick up arranging
          Provides to issue the relevant shipping documents
          Ensures that all the shipping documents are correct and conform to customs regulations
          Confirms booking and flight departure with Airlines
          Constantly updates the database systems with shipping details
          Provides daily and monthly reports for main customers, to issue freight invoices and closes files
          Respond to customers by providing accurate information in all aspects such as transit time, prices, custom paperwork requirements, packaging, country-specific requirements (including potential customs clearance delays) simple account and sales question.
n          Assist customer obtain information as required and provide customer with accurate information and operation guideline.
n          handle customer complaints while maintaining composure, and take all possible actions to resolve issues to the customers’ full satisfaction

Responsible for the daily operation of office administrative procedures
 
Accountabilities职责:
         Coordinate administrative activities such as transportation and vehicle arrangement, canteen, stationary supplies.
         Monitor Receptionists and Cleaners’ daily work and report to Assist Admin Manager if there are any issues arise
         Make the payment of admin related expense timely and accurately
         Coordinate warehouse maintenances to ensure their daily operation runs smoothly
        Interact with office suppliers and vendors
