研发主管：Research and Development Supervisor:
岗位职责：
Job Responsibilities:
1、根据公司年度项目计划制定部门研发计划，组织技术、产品开发与创新，并协调相关项目具体实施；
Make department research and development plan according to the company’s annual project plan, and organize project development and technology innovation.
2、带领团队设计和研发方案，并对已有的研发方案进行更新和改进；做好人员配置与协调；
Build and coordinate research and development team, lead the team to design and develop proposal, and improve existing processes.
3、组织对预引进的产品设计实验方案并进行小试和中试，提供样品及文件以配合项目报批工作顺利进行；
Design experiment plan on imported products and support implementation of tests, supply related samples and documents project approval.
4、对工艺以及安全的优化提高提供意见；
Provide process and safety improvement suggestions.
5、协助完成相关部门的技术咨询工作；
Assist consultative work of related departments.
任职资格：
Qualifications:
1、本科以上学历，药剂、制药类等相关专业，有相关项目经验；有独立领导、管理科研开发项目及团队的能力。
Bachelor’s degree or above in pharmaceutical field with related projects experience.
2、具有优秀的沟通、协调能力及团队领导能力；
Possesses good interpersonal and communication skills.
3、快速的学习者，值得信赖；
Fast learner and reliable.
4、团队精神；
Strong team player.
5、愿意长期定居杭州；
Mobile, and willing to relocate to Hangzhou
