软件测试员（Software Tester）--技术部
职责：
支持制定测试策略和设计测试过程；
负责准备和搭建测试环境；
执行所承担功能模块的测试过程，提交缺陷报告，并反馈和跟踪缺陷的修改；
负责对开发人员修改过的缺陷进行测试确认，形成测试报告；
能够使用程序语言开发自动化测试工具；
Job Description:
Test case design, execution, and bug submission;
Set up test environments if necessary;
Defect tracking and verification, and write test summary report;
Automate the testing and improve the test efficiency;
要求：
相关软件测试经验 ；
有良好的测试理念，熟悉测试的流程和方法 ；
能快速学习新技术，富有团队意识；
英语听说读写能力良好（CET-4以上）；
具有基本的程序设计经验；
欢迎应届生。
Requirements:
Relative experience in software testing;
Experience in test automation, possess solid understanding of both testing process and testing methodologies;
Be able to work in a team environment yet be self-directed;
Fluent in oral and written English, CET4 above;
Knowledge of programming language will be a plus;
