Asia Briefing Marketing Assistant (internship) based in Dezan Shira & Associates ShenzhenS office  
  
 Asia Briefing Ltd  
 Asia Briefing Ltd. is a business publishing company wholly owned by The Dezan Shira China Group. It publishes a  
wealth of information about China, India and Vietnam, and is one of the premium English language publishing  
businesses in Asia today. Publications include the well known China Briefing magazine in addition to a large,  
expanding and successful portfolio of technical business and regional guides. This highly regarded series includes  
guides to establishing representative offices, wholly foreign-owned enterprises, joint ventures, and taxes to name a few
  
Job description:  
1.  Assist maintaining and updating  distribution lists in South China/PRD  
2.  Assist identifying new distribution channels and cooperation partners  
3.  Assist with  distribution channels of Asia Briefing periodicals  
4.  Update master file events and cooperations in South China  
5.  Distribute China Briefing Magazine on a monthy base in Shenzhen city  
6.  Assist Marketing Manager in Shenzhen office  
7.  Assist event organization and logistic

Requirements:  
1.  Bachelor degree in Marketing, Foreign Languages or International business  
2.  Proficiency of written and spoken English  
3.  Chinese native speaker  
4.  Previous experience in publication a plus.  
5.  Understanding of HTML, CMS, InCopy  and Photoshop a plus  
6.  Knowledge of other foreign languages a plus  
  
Duration:  
4 months  
  
Salary:  
Unfortunately none  
  
Working hours:  
9 am to 18.00 pm from Monday to Friday; 1 hour lunch break.
