About this role

Due to our rapid business growth and increased business commitment to China market, now we are seeking for a Recruitment Researcher to join in our Banking & Finance Team based in Beijing CBD.

-          Assist Consultant to source the right candidates through effective/efficient research

-          Managing candidate in a professional manner including telephone/face to face interview, interviews coordination etc all aspects candidate management to support Consultant on day to day work.

Requirements:

1.       Passionate to recruitment business with excellent communication techniques, people skills

2.       Outgoing personality with genuine team player spirit  

3.       Excellent English ability in reading, writing and speaking

4.       Good computer literate, very familiar with Microsoft Office tools

5.       Bachelor degree or above

6.       Possession of banking knowledge/experiences  is a plus 

7.    Must can work 3 days totally per week 

8.    Facing to graduating student or graduate in 2012
