一、课程顾问

★ 工作职责：

1、解答咨询者提出的问题；

2、在部门经理的带领下完成既定的招生任务；

3、执行学校安排的其他工作，维护学校形象。

 

★ 岗位要求：

1、大学本科及以上学历；（条件优越者可放宽至大专学历）

2、能够承受一定的工作压力；

3、口齿伶俐，亲和力佳，具有良好的沟通能力；

4、两年以上工作经验者优先；

 

二、市场专员

★工作职责

1、负责推广活动咨询量的创造；

2、负责媒体咨询量的创造；

3、负责渠道咨询量的创造；

4、负责兼职人员的管理；

5、协助中心进行招生。

 

★ 岗位要求

1、大学专科及以上学历；

2、年龄30岁以下；

3、有两年以上工作经验（有相关行业工作经验者优先）；

4、熟悉所在城市的市场、交通及人文环境；

5、有市场营销背景、教育培训行业、广告设计行业工作经验者优先；

6、有过大型活动策划经历者优先；

7、条件优秀者可改任合作伙伴开发经理。

 

三、英语老师

★ Knowledge and skills:

1、Ph.D.,Graduate or undergraduate degree in English and/or English Education;

2、High level of English language proficiency,minimum band 8 level;

3、2-3years , (especially 4-12 age group) English teaching experience a plus;

4、Good understanding of the Chinese education system , grades 1-5 preferred (knowledge of the western education system and/or teaching methodology would be an asset);

5、Good command of the needs of the young learners , particularly young ESL learners;

6、Excellent computer skills e.g.:MSWord etc. (Power point a plus)

 

★        Personal Qualities:

1、Excellent communication skills;

2、Love and care for children;

3、Enjoy teaching as a profession;

4、Passionate,energetic , enthusiastic and positive thinker;

5、Good team player;

6、Willing to accept company policy with regard to operations and regulations;

7、Sincere commitment to work ethics;

8、Open to and ready to learn new ways of education and teaching process;

9、Enjoy learning new skills as a challenge rather than a problem;

10、Appreciate different cultures and has the ability to see the value of sharing cultural diversity with young children;

11、Professional and friendly looking , neat and clean , and a non-smoker.
