BRILLIANT GRADUATES (f/m)

for the Finance Graduate Program

 

 

The selected candidates will have the opportunity to become part of a three year training and development program, made up from plenary classroom sessions and on the job training in the Finance area of different company departments (Sales, Operations, R&D).

 

The program requires a geographical mobility for the different holdings of the Group and has the purpose of growing Finance professionals with strong technical competences and deep knowledge of the company's business and processes; at the end of this 3 year program, the candidates will be able to cover specific roles in the Finance area of the Ferrero Group.

 

Pre-requisites for the position:

• You have completed a University degree with above average-results in Economic and Scientific subjects (in particular Mathematics, Statistics, Management Engineering);
• Your English is fluent
• Good knowledge of MS Office

 

The following will be considered a plus:

• Master degree in Finance;
• Previous stage and/or study abroad;
• Knowledge of other languages such as Italian, French, German.

 

 

Logical and mathematical ability, intellectual curiosity, flexibility, strong analytical capabilities, good relationship building qualities, team work and problem solving attitude, good stress management and availability for international mobility will complete the profile.
