职位名称:IT support engineer (IT 技术支持工程师)
Responsibilities
1. IT daily operation support
a. To provide general IT support to users, to help users resolve computer and system problem. b. Keeping timely communication and providing efficient support to customers c. Resolution/escalation of reported problems d. Ensure tickets be closed properly and timely
2. Problem management
a. Coordination with other domain controllers to provide workarounds solution b. Coordination with other domain controllers for PIR – post implementation review
Personal skills and competencies:
1. Knowledge of hands-on experience in usage of MS office2003/2007, MS WinXP, Win 7 . 2. Knowledge and experience with TCP/IP based network technology, such as WAN/LAN,in CISCO network environment. 3. Knowledge in Windows AD , Firewall VPN, Proxy, and Logon scripts. 4. Concept of ITIL based helpdesk operation process and tickets handling lifecycle. 5. Ability to work independently or in teams. 6. Customer service oriented.
