Manufacturing Industrial Engineer (Location: Guangdong)
Overall Job Responsibility:
Process focused engineer working in conjunction with factory resources to advance factory capability and responsibility for manufacturing process excellence. Using Lean concepts, focused audits, coaching and mentoring of factory staff, to drive continuous improvement and insure all processes lead to premium NIKE finished product.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering and Mechanical;
- Good command of English Speaking, Writing and Comprehension;
- Strong communication skills with internal and external customers;
- Professional computer skills (Windows, Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.);
- Good business comprehension. Organized, accurate, and timely;
- Well organized and self-motivated;
- Factory Base, must be able to work within factory environment
- Team player.
