职位描述：
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Lead customer’s Illumination technical/application request for New Product requests/projects and come out with customized solutions via good team work with R&D team
- Closely connect with customers’ engineering/R&D team for new project development, via technical support & proposal regarding company’s product
- Assist sales team to achieve target revenue via new opportunity realization
- Technical contact for customer’s quality feedback, work closely with company’s quality team to ensure high product quality
- Localize the Illumination’s technical document/information (as, datasheet, application notes, white papers, catalogues, presentations, etc.) for Mainland China
- Periodically provide technical/application training for customer related to company’s product development which may need Illumination solutions
- Visit customers and related shows/seminars to understand Illumination niche market technical/application
- Manage Mainland China customer’s technical documents (as, confirmed datasheet, NDAs, etc.)
Competencies Required:
- Related Knowledge of electronic components or Optoelectronics
- Physics related basic knowledge
- Understand OEM/ODM new product development process
- Strong commitment to and demonstration of the PerkinElmer Core Value
- Fast learner, self-learner with the new developing business
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and English proficiency, in addition to proficiency in Mandarin
- Able to travel and be able to work in high pressure
- 3-5 years working experiences in engineering function of a multinational company with at least 1 year in application support role
- Prior product development and or project management experience is desired
- Bachelor degree or above and major in Electronics or Optoelectronics from an accredited institution, BSEE or BS is a must, BSEE or BS is preferred
- Approximate 20-30% overnight travel expected inside and outside of territory for meetings

职位描述：
Duties & Responsibilities
· Research the technology in relevant industries to identify opportunities of using new materials, new technologies and new process in industrial flash lamp design and production;
· Initiate new platform projects and lead project team to complete the projects on schedule and on budget;
· Communicate with application engineers/ sales/ customers to understand customer requirements, design and prepare samples to meet customer requirements specified in datasheet and deliver on time;
· Develop new product, carry out testing and failure analysis of samples to ensure the quality and manufacturability of samples;
· Working with Production, Process and QA Engineers to ensure the smooth design transfer of new product into production and provide technical support;
· Assist operation cost down projects through material localization, technology upgrade and process improvement;
· Provide technical support to customers together with Customer Service, Sales and Application Engineers;
· Create and maintain product development documents according to ISO standards and company New Product Introduction process;
· Mentor fresh and junior engineers on R&D projects and train technician/ operator for sample making and lab testing procedure.
Competencies Required
- Strong knowledge in one and/ or more of the following fields: Electrical Physics/ Optics/ Chemistry Physics/ Electronic Materials/ Mechanical/ Thermal.
- In-depth understanding of properties of glass materials, electrode materials, carbon materials and gas charge-discharge principle.
- Capable of oral and written communication in English;
- Good hands on capability and working experience in lab testing and setup;
- Familiar with AutoCAD, Pro-E and/ or Solid Works.
- Self motivated with positive thinking and “can do” working attitude;
- Strong learning capability and result oriented.
- Working experience in following fields: Xenon Flash Lamp/ Electrical Lighting/ Mechanical/ Optics/ Spectral Analysis/ Thermal Technology/ Chemistry Physics
- Working experience in glass to metal seal process, metal to metal weld process, chemical coating and vacuum pump processes;
- Working experience in light reflector design, jig and tooling for assembly design, electrical assembly or PCB design is an advantage.
- Familiar with capacitance changing and discharging circuit design.
- Master Degree or Ph. D in one of the following fields: Mechanics/ Electrical Physics/ Optoelectronic/ Optics / Electronic Material/ Vacuum/ Chemistry Physics.
- Relevant working experience in electronic lighting system design is an advantage.
