Siemens High Voltage Circuit Breaker Co. Ltd., Hangzhou (SHVC) was established in 1995 which is located in Hangzhou. SHVC is a joint venture enterprise with a majority share by Siemens Limited, China and minority share by China Huadian Engineering Co., Ltd and Zhejiang Hongfa Power Investment Co., Ltd

SHVC is the only SF6 high voltage circuit beaker and disconnector production base of Siemens in Asian Pacific;it is also the third manufacturer invested by Siemens after Berlin High Voltage Circuit Breaker Factory (Germany) and Jackson Breaker Factory (America). The productivity of SHVC is in second position (only behind Berlin factory) in Siemens Circuit Breaker factories. The past 10 years have witnessed the fabulous growth of SHVC which client now spans to 26 Provinces in China.

Position1 : High-Voltage R&D Engineer

JD:

-Analysis and Dimensioning of High-voltage isolating systems

-Calculation and simulation of electrical field strength (ANSYS)

-Conduct High-voltage development and type tests according to international standards

-Monitoring and participation in norm panels

-Clarification of internal and external questions regarding the suitability of Circuit Breakers for special applications

Position 2: High-Power R&D Engineer

-Analysis, dimensioning and design of the high voltage arcing and contact system

-Calculation and simulation of gas flow / temperature distribution during switching operation

-Conduct High-power development and type tests according to international standards

-Monitoring and participation in norm panels

-Analysis of network (grid) parameters and derivation of suitable switchgears

Position 3 :      Mechanical R&D Engineer

JD:

-Independant mechanical design layouts according to guidelines

-Make the design of Parts, Components, Assemblies according to sketches.

-Creation, documentation and maintenance of technical drawings in Partlists (BOMs) according to the existing numbering system and product specifications

-Make Independant calculations (rigidity, strength, diameters, durability) to dimension parts and components

-Initiate and take part in functional tests, Evaluation of test results and if applicable make design optimizations

-Research and develop CB's for global customers, implement CB design tasks from Siemens Berlin
