职位描述

岗位职责
1）协助部门主管积极开拓目标行业的租赁市场、选择租赁项目；
2） 协助进行目标行业调查；
3）协助完成租赁项目批准前基础性的调查研究工作；
4）协助设计具有针对性、系统性的租赁方案；
5）负责对承租企业审查报告的撰写；
6）主管交办的其他工作。

任职资格
1）大学本科及以上学历（财会、经济、金融、国际贸易类专业为佳）；
2） 了解租赁业务或信贷业务为佳；
3） 具备一定的财务、法律和投资方面的知识；
4） 具备较好的英语水平为佳；
5） 具备一定的独立分析能力，综合判断能力；
6）具备一定的开拓能力和积极乐观的心态；
7）工作主动、积极、认真、谨慎；责任心强，具备较强的团队精神和承压能力；

 实习期满后，通过考核的专为正式正式员工。
