Asia Quality Focus is a western company located in China specialized in Quality Control services: product inspections, factory audits and lab testing for safe import from China.
Asia Quality Focus is considered as an outsider with great potential of growth. In order to pursue its worldwide expansion, Asia Quality Focus is currently looking for a full-time Administration Assistant to join our Managing Department.
There is a good atmosphere in the company with a mix of Western people and Chinese people.

1 Position -> Administrative Assistant

#Requirements:
1. College degree or above with International Business background;
2. Fluent in both oral and written English; Good at communicating with foreigners.
3. At least 2 years' working experience in similar post;
4. Willing to work under pressure.
 
#Job responsibilities:
1. Assist Administration Manager in company's business promotion.
2. Coordination task
- Working with suppliers to confirm date and location
- Sample management
- Tools management
- Working with the laboratory for sample testing matter(sample delivery, filling up testing form...).
- Providing suppliers with shipping information (consignee,port of destination, shipping marks).
- Office daily work

2 Sales-customer service Position

Sales & Marketing department.
There is a good atmosphere in the company with a mix of Western people and Chinese people.
# Job responsibilities:
1. Business development: mainly through cold calling = identify, call & prospect potential clients and turn them into customers;
2. Customer Relationship Management.
3. Any other jobs assigned by Manager.
#Requirements:
1. Highly motivated candidate with strong personality and winning attitude.
2. Business English + Cantonese + Chinese is a must.
3. Good sales and learning potential
4. College degree or above with Sales & Marketing background
5. Willing to work under pressure.
6. Experience in B to B sales or in the inspection industry is a great advantage.
# Location:
Shenzhen (China), 1H from Hong Kong
# Package and expense:
1. Fix salary: To be discussed according qualification and experience
2. Commissions: nice scheme, based on the generated Turn Over.
