岗位职责：
分析并理解每一个职位的工作职责和要求,在顾问的指导和帮助下完成个人项目销售；
-协助顾问进行Cold Call；
-协助顾问进行申请者的前期联系及取得简历；
-协助顾问进行申请者的面试安排；
-根据成熟度及职位的级别, 部分承担与客户的职位沟通工作；
-负责市场信息收集和管理，包括：新公司资料、公司招聘信息、人才市场动态等；
-负责人才资料库的管理，包括人才资料录入、更新、登记等；
-协助所在团队进行行业分析工作
Working closely with the Business Manager/Consultant, your primary focus will be on systematic searching and sourcing of appropriate candidates for our clients.
任职条件：
-大专以上学历；
-应届毕业生或具1年以上工作经验，猎头行业或者相关行业从业经验背景(医药、IT、化工、汽车等) 从优
-熟练的英语听说读写能力；
-细心，刻苦，有激情，有条理，积极的心态；
-具备良好的电话沟通技巧；
-能承受工作压力；
-热爱猎头行业。
Degree holder in any discipline;
-The ability to read and write English is the MUST and oral English ability is a PLUS;
-Experience in tele-sales or tele-research will be a PLUS;
-Dynamic, ambitious, committed to success, inquisitive, analytical, organized, as well as effective communication skills;
-Team player while being able to work independently and under pressure;
-Computer literate;
