1. HR Intern
Responsibilities-
Ø Responsible for new employees or interns on-board/leaving staffs exit procedure.
Ø Staff personnel file management.
Ø Staff email account management, like creation, redirection and deletion.
Ø Staff monthly leave and vacation status collection and checking.
Ø HR tracking reports, personnel information database and other HR documentation.
Ø Help HR team members to organize meeting, training courses etc.
Ø Support direct manager or HR team for handling day-to-day HR operation works.
2. Recruitment Intern
Responsibilities-
Ø Post and refresh job vacancies on internet.
Ø Update JD by coordinating with hiring manager to ensure exact position information.
Ø CV screening/test/interview/final selection and hiring etc.
Ø Communicate with HR and seniors and arrange interviews according to their schedule.
Ø Book meeting room by use of online system.
Ø Reference check for potential candidates.
Ø Carry out other relative tasks assigned according to business needs.
Requirements:
ü Female.
ü Campus student who will graduate in or after 2012.
ü Major in HR or English and other related major is preferred.
ü Patience and conscientious, can work with high pressure and responsibility.
ü Good communication skills.
ü Familiar with MS especial on Excel/Word/PPT.
ü English CET-6 and above, excellent in both written and oral English.
ü Be familiar with the recruitment procedure and interview skill.
ü At least 3 days per week.
