The position will manage the day-to-day account service, build a strong relationships with clients, demonstrate strategic thinking, work effectively with other departments to ensure all projects are delivered on-time, on budget, and with the highest level of quality.
Interactive contains (but is not limited to) the following: website or mini-site development, email marketing, mobilemarketing, search engine marketing, etc.
Responsibilities:
- Act as primary point-of-contact for one or more clients
- Manage day-to-day project flow from start to finish via the company's systems, work closely with internal, creative team, and technical department
- Demonstrate working knowledge of each area of agency resources in order to evaluate and approve recommendations before they go out to the client; this includes media, creative, production, and tech/programming
- Continuously monitor and stay on top of industry trends and developments in the area of interactive marketing, website design, email marketing, and to a lesser degree, technical development
- Master and maintain vast knowledge of clients' business and the competitive landscape
- Review and approve all creative and coordinate client approval
- Manage project-by-project billing from estimate inception, to client invoices through collection of accounts receivable
- Complete accurate and detailed Client Meeting Notes for all client meetings and distributing to appropriate agency personnel
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree with interest or emphasis in advertising, marketing, E-commercial or
related field
- Execellent oral/written English
- Interactive experience is a plus
- Strong initiative
- Good analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communicator with superior writing skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Must be able to multi-task
- Self-motivated, strong believer of innovation
