Requested profile
University / colleague degree major in mechatronic engineering or electric engineering or industrial mechanical engineering with knowledge or training as electrician and knowledgeable in PLC programming
Good, moderate English communication skill
Be able to understand technical drawings, electric, mechanic, pneumatic, strong ability for analysis
Contact friendly, customer orientated, able to work independently
Availability for travelling
Job duty:
Technical support, service interventions for customers in China as well as in Asia, such as assistance of machine set-up, repair, trouble-shooting, maintenance either by phone or on-site if necessary
Interface between customers, Weber China, and Weber Germany
Preparation of intervention and post work of the service inc. documentation
