Job Description
1．Customer service
a)Contract (order) processing and keeps track on the implementation of the order and contract archive.
b)Coordinates with related in the site and carriers on the arrangement of shipment (Hcl and MCA) under Toxic and T+ regulation (compulsive documents collection and filing before shipment) to customers in accordance with the contract.
c)Coordinates with related on the settlement and documentation of QDI
d)Keeps track on accounts receivable and inform customer and salesman timely.
e)Monthly sales data collection and breakdown into details under assignment of marketing manager
2. Implementation of SAP, EPM and SOX in the cycle of cash to order.
3. Misc
a). Manages office daily routines and keeps track on work record of marketing team
b)Assists marketing team on the preparation of business trip eg: hotel or air-ticket booking ,etc.
Requirement:
College associates or above with chemical engineering or business management background
Excellent interpersonal/communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft office software
relatively good command of written and spoken English
Possess working experiences in processing Orders within manufacturing environment, familiar with transaction of logistics in domestic market.
Proactive and solution driven.
