Essential Functions
-Assist recruiting consultant in collecting target industry updates and candidates information, analyze and study clients' needs and provide valuable service to clients
-Based on clients' needs, search and find suitable candidates
-Assist recruiting consultant contacting candidates and arranging interviews
-Assist recruiting consultant developing business, understanding clients' needs, reaching recruiting contract and maintaining good clients' relationship
-Maintain sound communication with candidates, getting correct and effective feedback on-time.
-Assist recruiting consultant or team to reach or excel business goal by executing job deployed by consultants efficiently
-Enrich knowledge and develop ability by getting training and full involvement into work, to pave solid foundation to becoming recruiting consultant.

Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or higher, (major in Human Resource, English, Psychology, Computer Science preferred); English major is preferred.
-Standard mandarin skills, good phone communication ability, can work under the pressure, strong learning and reacting ability
- Good verbal and written communication English skill
-Proficient in MS-office
- Smart, confident, quick action, result oriented
- Effective in teamwork relationship
-Open-mined, reliable, willing to learn new things

Talent Acquisition Coordinator (TAC), Greater China

Report: Talent Acquisition Manager, Greater China

Location: CBTC, Shanghai

 

This role is a contractor position, which can be provided renewable 2-year contract, which is signed with the 3rd party and assigned to work at Company. This position is mainly focusing on providing administrative support and a lot of analytics reports to the whole Greater China Talent Acquisition Team, and also self handles some junior positions (FTE, temps, and internships) whole recruiting process.  Candidate Care is part of Company's Hiring culture, this role will also be a key window to reflect this unique employer culture.

 

Main Responsibilities:

  • To independently handle the whole recruiting process for some junior level positions and including temp or internships.
  • To post job ad through appropriate channels
  • To maintain internal talent acquisition functional related reports and database including hiring reports, talent referral database, hiring cost report and so on, and also provide related analysis to contribute talent acquisition scorecard.
  • Fully track the whole talent referral program, and support to promote this TRP program
  • To provide statistics and reports as required
  • To provide assistant on interview arrangement with hiring managers, candidates contacts, and promote Company's candidate care image etc.
  • To handle other administrative tasks associated with the hiring process

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor or above degree in business areas or English
  • 2 years+ related experience, preferably in multi-national environment.  Excellent fresh graduates also can be considered
  • Has good career interest and long-term commitment in HR field.
  • Good command of English and PC skills
  • Fast learner and can work under pressure and team environments
