Next Generation Program

    National Oilwell Varco has developed the next generation program, which will train and develop high potential college graduates for future leadership positions. Each next generation employee will have 4, 3 month assignments during their first year of employment. They will rotate throughout different divisions and different cities. The rotational schedule is designed according to the individual’s degree and interests and focuses on providing a well-rounded experience in all different aspects of National Oilwell Varco. The training period will last approximately one year and will be headquartered in Shanghai.
    国民油井华高提出的生力军培训方案，是指招募拥有高潜质的院校毕业生，并对其培训提高，使之成为我公司未来的领导力量。每位被该计划录取的毕业生，也即成为我公司员工，将会在入职第一年被安排4个任务，每个任务为期3个月。在不同的部门，不同的城市。具体安排将根据培训生的能力及兴趣制定，目的在于使之对我公司有全面的了解。培训期大致一年，基地定位上海。
