AP Accountant
Working Location:  Shanghai Xinzhuang (shuttle bus provided)
Responsibilities:
-Ensure all booking transaction in time
-Double check cost center & Profit center each other execute.
-Ensure all working finish closing dead line including clean account; dummy profit center ; inter order ; intra & inter company balance.
-Handle bank reconciliation and adjust before 20th monthly of company.
-Collect input VAT invoices and pass them to AR staff in time. Ensure all VAT invoices are in valid
-Provide data research & do adjustment
-Implement voucher print & management, ensure the voucher integrality of all location.
-Ensure attachment file integrality between inter company charge.
-Support account payable process standardization implementation.
-Provide & follow problems of system & process, and give some reasonable suggestion
-Prepare the reports of TB cross reference for company after monthly closing.
-Cash management
Requirements:
Bachelor degree in Accounting or Financing
Fresh graduate is acceptable.
Strong team working spirit
Master proficient English skills
