西门子电气传动有限公司(SEDL)是西门子（中国）有限公司与中方合作伙伴天津百利机电控股集团有限公司(BENEFO) 及天津电气传动设计研究所(TRIED)合资建立的生产工程型全数字控制的交流和直流传动产品及电机的基地。公司组建于1995年初，注册于天津高科技产业园区,占地面积18万平方米。

采用西门子公司的最新技术成果，SEDL与西门子在欧美的其它生产厂按相同的功能、设计、及质量标准制造传动产品、电机及发电机。从1996年初至今相继引进了全数字交直流调速装置和传动成套产品和机车牵引变频器，牵引交流电机，工业电机及风力发电机。从而向着成为亚太地区工程传动产品第一生产厂的目标迈近了一步。现在已有几十万台SEDL生产的传动产品在国内外各地运行，广泛应用于冶金、矿山、石油化工、起重、电梯、造纸、纺织、轨道交通及风力发电等领域。

职位一：Quality Engineer / 质量工程师

 

职位要求：

Motor theory or electric insulation knowledge

Good communication ability

Team work spirit

Bachelor degree, major in motor/electric insulation/high voltage engineering or related education

CET-4 or above

No achromatopsia / chromatopsia

 

职位描述：

Solving quality problem

Ensuring and improving product quality in production

Deal with and analysing the NCs in production

Creating and maintaining working instructions and plan

deal with customer complains with the PEs and TS

 

 

职位二：Electrical Design Engineer/Motor 研发部 电气设计工程师/电机

 

职位要求：

Master degree, major in electrical automation and relevant education;

Good command of knowledge of electrical design in motor and familiar with analysis tools;

Fluent English in listening, speaking, reading and writing;

2-3 years experience about designing motor and experience in qualifying and approving of parts, products and processes according to specifications.

 

职位描述：

Design for electrical machine;

Qualification and approval of electrical parts;

Participate in development and localization projects with and without international participation;

Participation in benchmark and design to cost projects;

Carry out regular analysis concerning localization opportunities;

Participate in multi-national teams(Chinese, German);

EHS related tasks

Seriously implement position operational rules and ensure security based on national and local EHS related laws and regulations, Siemens head quater and SEDL' procedures ; Ensure product design accord with related EHS standard and requirements.

 

 

职位三：Application Electrical Engineer 研发部 材料应用工程师_电气方向

 

职位要求：

Master degree,major in Casting or related education; CET-6.

2-3 years experience about designing converter; have experience in qualifying and approving of parts, products and processes according to specifications;have experience in system-and type test of products and parts; have experience in design or application of Electrical automation systems;

Have experience to work with foreign colleague.

Fluent in speaking english;

No achromatopsia.

 

职位描述：

Mission of this function is as follows:

Localize electrical parts,support other dept. to control the quality of casting parts.

 

The details responsibility:

 

1. Involve solving of production problems which are caused by the quality of vendor electrical components or material.

2. Support incoming inspection to define and maintain test plan, judge or advise nonconformity parts.  

3. Involve analysis of property and failures on material and component(internal and external)    

4. Specify sample tests item during the introduction of new production materials (localized parts)

5. Familiar with external testing institutes, method and can evaluate the outside testing result.  

6. Involve qualification of  suppliers with other party, responsible for the technical  aspects of supplier audit.
