SSS Trainee Program

         Stage 1:

In this program, you will be attending a 3-months training program, which includes:

Ø         Induction training: an overall training on the company.

Ø         Business knowledge training: general knowledge training on investment banking industry and finance domain.

Ø         IT Technical skills training

Ø         Soft skills training: including English, Customer Service, Conference call skills etc.

         Stage 2:

After you successfully complete the training program, you will be assigned to a global support team, working closely with colleagues who are based in the UK； you will need to communicate in English both by telephone and email. Our client is a major international investment bank； we develop, maintain and support their global 24 hour testing/production system environment.

         Requirements on Trainees:

-          Bachelor's degree or above – IT related major will be preferred, however, any other major candidates will also be welcome if candidates are confident in learning IT skills quickly.

-          Excellent spoken and written English – must be able to speak confidently to people around the world.

-          Good communication and analytical skills

-          Acumen on business and logic sense

-          Willing to be engaged in IT industry

         Interview Process:

The whole interview process will be conducted in English

1.         Telephone Interview: a telephone interview will be conducted by Recruitment Team

2.         Assessment Center: candidates who passed first telephone interview will be invited to attend our 1 day Assessment Center in Hangzhou (for those who are not located in Hangzhou, you must be able to give commitment to travel to Hangzhou for this 1 day Assessment Center), the Assessment Center will consist of below contents:

·         One to one interview

·         Paper tests

·         Group interview
