Main Responsibilities:
Communicate with clients for job description and new position opened;
Manage recruiting process and decide searching channels;
Search candidates, screen resumes, and make matches;
Communicate with candidates for initial selection;
Further interview with candidates, and complete assessment reports;
Work with department manager for big projects;
Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates;
Provide consulting services / advices to candidates;
Complete other tasks assigned by department manager.
General Profile:
Bachelor Degree or Above;
More than 3 years' working experiences;
Good English speaking;
Proficient in email communications;
Have deep understanding of job descriptions;
Detail, focus, and good in analysis
