招聘岗位Position：

管理培训生 Management Trainee  (2 Positions)

   职责：作为公司管理人员后备力量储备，在公司各关键岗位轮岗培训，如操作部，商务部等。

Responsibility: As the back-up management staff for succession planning; after enrolled into the company, the Management Trainee will spend 2~3 years rotating through the key department, such as Operations Department, Safety Department，Commercial Department etc.

要求：/ Requirement:

·           机械、化工类本科专业。Major in mechanics or chemical engineering.

·           具有较强的学习能力和语言表达能力。Excellent aptitude for learning and expressing yourself.

·           优秀的办公软件使用能力，包括word、Excel、PPT、Project等。Excellent ability to use Office Software, including Word, Excel, PPT and Project etc.

·           英语六级，良好的口语和书面表达能力。CET-6, good spoken and written English.
