No.2 Test Engineer
Job Description
In this position, you will be responsible for process control, equipment installation and/or qualification and/or maintenance and NPI introduction on assigned module to make sure successful volume ramping up by hitting all internal and/or VF goals (safety, quality, yield, TU, cost). Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Responsible for continuously improving Safety, Quality, productivity and reducing cost through technical innovations
- Developing new or modified process formulations, defining processing or handling equipment requirements and specifications, and reviewing processing techniques and methods applied in the manufacture, assembly and evaluation of semiconductors
- Conceiving and planning projects involving definition and selection of new concepts and approaches in the processing or development of new or improved processes in assembling, testing, packing and device physics
- Working on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors
- Exercising judgment in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results .

No3. Quality & Reliability Engineer
Role & Responsibility
Evaluates, from a reliability standpoint, the materials, properties and techniques used in production. Advises design engineering on selection, application and test of electronic components and systems. Recommends design or test methods and statistical process control procedures for achieving required levels of product reliability. Determines reliability requirements of components and systems to achieve company, customer and any governmental agency reliability objectives. Develops new acceleration techniques and analytical tools to assure the early identification of potential problems with new products, packaging, processes, and product reliability. Makes recommendations for changes in the selection and application of components and systems. May propose changes in design or formulation to improve system and/or process reliability.
The intern project is to understand QnR functionality and routine data analysis requirement to build a technical website for QnR to automate daily data analysis works.

No 4. FA Lab intern
Role & Responsibility
Failure Analysis Engineer (FAE) is responsible to work closely with factory for issue on a cost efficient and timely response manner. FAE needs understand business impaction, apply commonality study in FA, validate and characterize the failure mode, design FA flow and apply FA tools/ techniques to locate the failure location, and diagnose the failure mechanism. Furthermore FAE needs to closely contribute to the containment action upon business impaction, establish the FA modeling to point out the root cause (RC) hypothesis, design DOE for RC isolation/ identification as well as continue supporting for RC fixing. Moreover, FAE needs to be self-motivated to drive any efforts to close factory issues on “solution provider” concept.

Responsibilities:
Prepares for and monitors the production testing of microprocessor or chipset devices. Transfers test programs and other software components to local production facility. Configures test software components and debugs software environment as needed to prepare for production testing. Analyzes product yield, parametric and functional test data, to make sure test line running smoothly and provide recommendation for reducing test process, such as test time, sample percentage, monitor limit and etc. May own specific tests of the device within the test program with test program develop center. Collaborates with other global Intel facilities and development organizations to ensure accuracy of present and forecasted test capacity, yield and other capacity related parameters. May assist customer in device usage problems or customer testing of complex devices.
Requirement:
The successful candidate should have a bachelor degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Automation, or related field. Strong programming and software skills are required, such as /C */PERL*/VB*/VBA*/ASP*/C#*). Candidate should also have strong analytical problem solving, team work, leadership and communications skills. Knowledge of CPU architecture, operation system and PC platform is a plus.

In this position, you will be responsible for involving in identifying, performing analysis, along with developing implementing system improvement to improved manufacturing capability within the Assembly Test facility.
